Anti-Spam Policy

Global Oil Prices has zero tolerance for unsolicited commercial email (spam). This policy applies to (a) email we send from Global Oil Prices to you, and (b) email you may send from or via the Service to others.

1. Email We Send to You

We will only send you:

  • Transactional and service emails (account confirmation, billing receipts, security alerts, important account notices) related to your use of the Service;

3. Your Obligations

You must:

  • only send email to recipients who have opted in to receive it from you, or who otherwise meet the lawful basis required in their jurisdiction;
  • maintain accurate and verifiable proof of consent;
  • clearly identify yourself as the sender, including a valid postal address where required;
  • provide a clear, easy, working unsubscribe mechanism in every marketing message, and honour unsubscribe requests promptly (within 10 business days at most);
  • not use harvested, purchased, or rented email lists;
  • not use false or misleading headers, subject lines, or sender identities;
  • not use the Service to send malware, phishing, deceptive, or fraudulent content.

4. Enforcement

Violations of this Policy may result in suspension or termination of your account without notice, retention of fees paid, and reporting to relevant authorities. We may also forward complaints we receive to you. Repeat or serious violations may result in permanent ban from the Service.

5. Reporting Abuse

If you believe you have received spam from Global Oil Prices or sent via our Service, please report it via the Contact page. We investigate every report.

6. Changes

We may update this Policy as anti-spam laws and our practices evolve. The "Last updated" date above shows the latest revision.
